The development is on the north coast of Belize approx. 2 1/2 miles across the bay from the custom docks in Chetumal, Mexico, and about 1/4 mile from the Belize custom dock located in the Village of Consejo, Belize. The property is 7 miles NE of Corozal, Belize on a good all weather road. The mouth of the Rio Hondo river separating Mexico and Belize is approx. 1 mile north and the New River about 8 miles south of the development.
