A large living room dominates the house with two large picture windows and four doors to the outdoors. The southern picture window looks out onto the patio and the mouth of Fresh Creek, where mail boats and sailing yachts turn in for harbor. Sharing this view is a dining room, which seats twelve.

Coakley House offers three air-conditioned bedrooms, each with full private bath. The two matching master bedrooms each offer sea views on three sides. The third smaller bedroom looks out on the front entrance and gardens.

Coakley House also features a full working kitchen, with upright refrigerator/freezer and gas stove, as well as a laundry room with washer and dryer. There is also a TV, VCR, and tape/CD player. The house is completely furnished, with bedding and linens and dining utensils provided, and can sleep up to six people in maximum comfort.

The two acre property includes a 120-foot wooden dock for boat pickup, a small sandy cove for swimming, a waterfront patio with an outdoor bar and grille, and a backyard picnic table and hammock. Four bicycles are available.
