Enjoy unobstructed ocean views from our recently remodeled kitchen, dining area, living room, private patio/deck area and newly remodeled master bedroom. Our beachfront vacation rental is located in Mission Beach on the Boardwalk between Crystal Pier and Belmont Park and is only a block away from the famed Mission Bay.

The private patio area (which faces the ocean) has an outdoor table, chairs and a chest with boogie boards, toys, etc. The living room faces the ocean and has a queen sleeper, love seat, cable, flat screen television, VCR, DVD player, iPod dock and stereo. The dining area has a large glass pedestal table which seats six comfortably. The ocean-facing kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare meals (except the food).

The master bedroom faces the ocean and has a large picture window with one-way double pane windows which allow you to look out, and those on the outside cannot see inside during daylight hours. The master bedroom also has a queen bed, dressers, night stands, cable and a flat screen television. The second bedroom has two twin beds, a pack ‘n play, a flat screen television and ample closet/drawer space. Linens are plentiful, but you'll want to bring your own beach towels. The bathroom contains both a shower and bathtub. We also have one reserved parking space directly in back of our condo, so unpacking is easy.

Our condo is within easy walking distance of Mission Bay, Belmont Park, Pacific Beach, Crystal Pier, restaurants, grocery stores, laundry facilities and shopping. Rental shops for roller blades, boogie boards, surfboards, and bicycles are also within walking distance. Parasailing, fishing, boating, surf schools and whale watching (generally in the winter) are close too. You can drive to Sea World within 5 minutes, and the San Diego Zoo, the airport and downtown are within a 15 - 20 minute drive.

Summer (excluding holidays):
June 1 – August 11 $1399-$2450/week (Saturday to Saturday)
Fall (excluding holidays):
August 11 – September 30 $1399-$1999/week, $210/night
Winter (excluding holidays):
October 1 – March 31 $999-$1099/week, $189-$199/night
Spring (excluding holidays):
April 1 – May 31 $1199-$1399/week, $199/night
A monthly lease is also available.

Please add 10% to any holiday stay.

Additionally, a refundable damage deposit is required to secure the reservation. Cleaning fees may apply to stays of less than 7 days. Minimum stay – three nights.

We offer Snowbird and Corporate discounts for stays of 30 days or longer.

A one-month lease (October-March) is also available at a discounted price.

We accept checks, VISA and MasterCard. The above rates represent a cash discount. Please add 3.5% to all credit card transactions.

Check-in is 2:00 p.m. or later. Check-out is 10 a.m. or earlier.
