Things to do or do nothing at all:

Above rates are for single or double occupancy. For additional guests (2 -3 maximum) add $20 USD per night per person. No charge for children under 12 years of age. There is a three night minimum stay. Our policy is to secure half of the payment upon booking a reservation. This guarantees the specific time agreed upon for your vacation. The payment is nonrefundable, but in the event of cancellation, we will try to return the nonrefundable payment, if we are able to rent the condo during the times you had agreed to rent it. The balance is due one month prior to the first day of the scheduled vacation.
