Go Diving...The greatest world class diving you've read about and seen on TV and in the magazines is right here! Charters are available in town at Eco Divers-Tours located at the Copra Shed.

Sporting Activities...Fishing, Diving, Sailing, Windsurfing, Kayaking, Water Skiing, billiards, ping pong, biking - you name it! It's all available at the Resorts and at the Copra Shed in Savusavu Town.

Swimming...is fantastic right at Sigasiga's beach! We call it the swimming lagoon. It's just a very short walk up the beach toward town. It's a beautiful, calm spot for everyone to enjoy.

Feeling Frisky?...A walk out the back door and up into the jungle is really a beautiful experience. For an absolutely great "Nature walk", ask Chottu, along for guidance. He'll make sure your path is clear and that you find your way home. Or, take a picnic and find your own way back.

Snorkelers...you'll discover a fantastic variety of soft and hard corals, fishes and sea life right out in the front "yard" at Sigasiga! Nature has blessed this stretch of Vanua Levu's coastline with a very unusual double reef formation. The outside reef absorbs most of the breaking waves and calms the once open sea, while the inside reef provides a frame of unbelievable beauty! In between you'll find a lovely semi-openwater lagoon averaging 20 to 50 feet deep and perhaps the length of a football field. Just walk out at low tide on a calm day to the edge of the reef. As soon as the water gets 2 or 3 feet deep, start snorkeling and enjoy the spectacular beauty, colors and life of the reef. Beachcombing for shells is fine. We don't supply dive gear but you can rent gear in town. And, please don't forget to bring your "dive buddy" and, as always, use caution in observing ocean conditions.

A "MEKE" is a Fijian Dance...performed by local villagers. Call the Cousteau Resort or Eco-Tours for the Meke schedule. Fijians are a very happy people and their friendly spirit really becomes a part of you during this celebration.

Call a Taxi...and take a chauffeur driven cruise somewhere. It's quite affordable and there's a lot to see on this island.

Go Fishing...Ask around the Copra Shed in Town. It's a modern building on the ocean side of Main Street. You can arrange a charter from one of the resorts, EcoDivers Shop or a local fisherman.

Go Shopping...Besides all the shops in Town, the Open Marketplace is going Monday - Saturday (best on Saturdays).

Check out the Hot Springs...The Fiji Islands were created from volcanic activity and there's still some action around the Hot Springs Hotel in Town. Also a historically significant remote Hot Springs area may be available for guided tours. Check with Eco Tours about Nukubolu Village.

Go Eating...The restaurants in town serve good food at very reasonable prices - day and night. The Cousteau Resort has a great restaurant and extraordinary menu (reservations required).

Games...We have over 20 games available, both inside and out.
