Marco Island is truly a special place. Part of the ten thousand islands, this 20 square mile piece of paradise boasts 4 1/2 miles of sugar-sand beaches with beautiful sunsets over the Gulf of Mexico. It is located below the frost line, so this sub-tropical island has an average year-round temperature of 74 degrees with a nearly constant breeze off the Gulf of Mexico. 
Amenities include...Master bedroom with queen size bed, master bathroom, guest bedroom with twin beds, Living room, with large sectional sofa with pull out bed, leather recliner, writing desk, console TV, cable, VCR, stereo with CD and cassette players, full kitchen with dining area and balcony with gorgeous Gulf of Mexico views. 
For the golfer, Marco Island boasts some of the most beautiful courses in the area. There are two private clubs on the island and over forty courses and clubs just a few minutes away. Tennis players will find courts at the YMCA, Racquet Club, Tommy Barfield Elementary School and most major hotels. Game fishing is an everyday sport in Marco Island's backwaters and in the Gulf. The daily catch can include Snook, Tarpon, Grouper, Snapper, Red Fish, Sea Bass and Sea Trout. Bald eagles, pelicans, ospreys, egrets and sandpipers make their homes on the island, while dolphin, manatees and sea turtles frequent the waterways and bays. Marco Island offers a superb selection of restaurants (most featuring fresh fish daily)...plus shopping areas with boutiques and gift shops galore!
May 3rd thru Dec. 20th - $1,000 per week. These rates are based on local price comparisons. We will make adjustments for last minute bookings, smaller parties and longer stays. This is of course subject to availability. Please e-mail your enquiries, we will respond ASAP. At booking a deposit of $350 is required. Upon receipt of deposit we will confirm in writing either by fax or by mail. Upon arrival your booking deposit becomes your damage/loss deposit which is refunded upon a satisfactory report from our cleaning service. The rental amount is due, in full, 60 days before arrival. All rentals are subject to state and county tax of 9%. In the event of cancellation, any funds already collected will be refunded less 10% upon rerenting the entire period. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is permitted, however, we request that you smoke outside on the lanai area.
