There's cable TV, VCR and Super Nintendo. No smoking and no pets, please. The complex has a huge pool, kiddie pool, sundecks, suffleboard, snack bar, BBQ grills - all right on the beach! There are great restaurants, nightclubs, water & amusement parks, golf course, charter boat fishing, waverunner rental, every imaginable type of water & boating activity nearby. Rental Rates: Spring (Mar 1 - May 15) $400/week, $70/night Summer (May 16 - Sept 6) $500/week, $90/night Winter (Sept 7 - Feb 28) $300 week, $50/night, $500/month For rental under 4 nights there's a $30 cleaning fee.
