Upon your arrival, our complimentary valet will be waiting to park your car in our secured parking facilities underneath the building. You and your guest(s) will be handed a ticket with which you will be able to claim your vehicle should you ever choose to leave the condo throughout your stay. Immediately stepping into the lobby area you will notice the Asian inspired décor, including a 4(ft) waterfall with seating area. Here your client relation executive (CRE) will meet with you to welcome you and your guest(s) into your luxury condo.

Your Personal Condo

Upon entering our fully-furnished and exceptionally designed 3 bedroom condo, step into the foyer with a distinctive glass chandelier and beautiful white tile floors. To your immediate right is the den and library. The den holds a personal desk, shelving and a flat screen TV, perfect for an afternoon work session. To your left of the Foyer is one of two Guest Suites. This Guest Suite comes with a private bathroom, flat screen TV and walk-in closet. Also to the right of the Foyer is a half bath, specifically located at the entrance for use when entertaining guests. As you walk through the Foyer you step into the Great Room. The white, specially designed furniture reflects the blue of the ocean, visible from the terrace straight ahead. The Great Room includes a formal dining area, couches and chairs for seating, and a flat screen TV with full entertainment center. To the left is the second of the two Guest Suites. This Guest Suite comes accompanied with a private bathroom, walk in closet and access to the private terrace. To the right of the Great Room is the entryway to the kitchen. This kitchen is equipped with all Kohler, stainless steel appliances and an island perfect for cooking. Also inside of the kitchen area is a small breakfast dining area with five chairs as well as direct access to the private terrace. While exiting the kitchen area, to your immediate left is the Master Suite. This Master Suite is accompanied by a full private bath with his and her sinks, private seating area, a walk-in closet and direct access to the private terrace. At the entry of this unit you are also given direct access to your own private laundry room with washer and dryer.

After showing you and your guest(s) around the condo, your CRE will show you how to use any appliances, including the stove, or satellite TV. The CRE will also hand you a welcome pack which includes our concierge booklet should you need a private chef, VIP access to Miami’s hottest clubs, or simply a babysitter for the evening. Your CRE will discuss with you, at this time, maid service time and when he/she will be returning to pick up the keys at the end of your stay. Should you need anything during your stay or have an emergency, you CRE is there to help you, they are always only a phone call away.
