Upon your arrival, our complimentary valet will be waiting to park your car in our secured parking facilities underneath the building. You and your guest(s) will be handed a ticket with which you will be able to claim your vehicle should you ever choose to leave the condo throughout your stay. Immediately stepping into the lobby area you will notice the Asian inspired décor, including a 4(ft) waterfall with seating area. Here your client relation executive (CRE) will meet with you to welcome you and your guest(s) into your luxury condo.

Your Personal Condo

Upon entering our fully-furnished and uniquely designed Upper Penthouse your eyes instantly gaze upon the grand front entry hall. At the end of the hall the exquisite living room with flat screen, swivel TV greets you and your guest(s). Directly ahead you will see your own, private, roof top terrace overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. To the left of the hallway is one of 5 bedrooms with a full bath. A half bath is also located at the entry way for use when entertaining guests. To the immediate left of the living room is the library, or office. Encompassed by books, desk space, a flat screen TV and seating area, you may find that working here is almost like a vacation in itself. To the right, an exquisite dining table to entertain family or friends during your stay. The dining area also directly overlooks the Ocean. To the right of the dining area you and your guest(s) will step into the well designed, state-of-the-art kitchen. This modern kitchen has Italian cabinets, granite countertops, as well as Miele and Subzero Appliances. Through the kitchen are the laundry area equipped with washer and dryer, and the maid’s quarters including a bedroom and private bathroom.

After showing you and your guest(s) around the condo, your CRE will show you how to use any appliances, including the stove, or satellite TV. The CRE will also hand you a welcome pack which includes our concierge booklet should you need a private chef, VIP access to Miami’s hottest clubs, or simply a babysitter for the evening. Your CRE will discuss with you, at this time, maid service time and when he/she will be returning to pick up the keys at the end of your stay. Should you need anything during your stay or have an emergency, you CRE is there to help you, they are always only a phone call away.
