  • Beach in front of property has been designated a Federally Protected Wildlife Sanctuary, so the Beach has become very private, mostly Beachfront owners and Porpoise Pt owners are who go there.
  • Since Photo, all trees on property have been removed

    Clipper ship comes out daily, during season and shoots off itsí cannon at approximately 4PM, Your Group Lighthouse in on Anastasia State Park which can never be developed of changed in any way. Lighthouse comes on at Sundown each evening.

    All vehicles and people, are escorted off the beach each evening, by the Police Department and gates are closed and locked. The only People who have access then are the local property owners by foot. You are on the Beach, you always have access, anytime day or night.

  • Publix Grocery Store and many restaurants and shops are already completed.
  • Gazebos at Intracoastal, by Marina and Fishing Pier and one at Entrance to Vilano Beach at other end of main road of Town center
  • Only approximately 18 Beachfront Lots were ever allowed to be built on, out of 18 only 4 left unbuilt and only one for sale
  • One of which is across from public access to beach and in Tidal Flood Plain, we are not

    Town center with a Publix Grocery just a few blocks from this property but you seem as if you are miles and miles Away from anyone because the location is so quiet and private. Most people who come to beach go to Vilano and do not know that this development exists. We are kind of hidden from the Town center area due to a street of much Older homes right behind the Town center.
