Two-By-Sea has 2700 ft. of living space inside, along with a patio on the ocean, a back sitting area between the units (shaded) and fenced back & side yards for your privacy.

The home is made up of two units (under one roof) that are each centrally heated/airconditioned. We cater to family groups and offer two kitchens, two living areas, six bedrooms, three baths, fully furnished living space and a lot of "extras" that make your stay enjoyable. The home sleeps 19 - 20 people.

The house has ceramic tile floors in kitchen, living areas, baths and bedrooms.

Sheets, pillows and spreads are provided. We ask our guests to bring towels, bath cloths & beach towels. We can provide towels/washcloths in special cases of need. Our home also has a hearing impaired fire alarm by request. The home has smoke detectors and extinguishers provided. We also provide a lot of "extras" to make your stay enjoyable, two TVs with cable & a VCR, board games, swap books, phones etc.

The home is stucco exterior and located on a low traffic street utilized by a "row" of beach homes. This makes walking & bike riding safer for you & your children.

An outside shower is provided for convenience after being on that beautiful beach. Two-By-Sea is located right in the heart of Panama City Beach, within walking distrance of shopping, shows and movies.

Rental weeks are from Sunday to Sunday. Check-in time is 3 p.m. Check-out time is 10 a.m. This is strictly enforced so that our cleaning service will have time to service the home.
