Property has swimming pool and gas barbecues. The property is located on the north end of the well known Wailua Beach Park beach, which has excellent swimming and snorkeling. Car Rentals...From $154 week, unlimited mileage or if you are island hopping from $24 day. Ask for details when booking your accommodations. 1999-2000 RENTAL RATES: Garden/Ocean $85/night, $2,200 Monthly Ocean Front $99/night, $2,400 Monthly All rates plus tax. Low Season Special: 7th night free April 15 to December 15 Tax: 11.42% on gross (or current Hawaii tax) Cleaning fee of $70 is charged for all bookings of less than 5 nights.
