Beautiful Condado Oceanfront Studio right next to Marriott - Bright, cheery, and recently renovated, this spacious studio apartment sits directly on a pristine stretch of white sandy beach.

Condominium Stella Maris is centrally located at #2 Condado Avenue in the heart of the posh Condado neighborhood of San Juan, right next door to the San Juan Marriott Resort and Stellaris Casino. The La Concha Resort is a few blocks down the beach to the west.

The fifth floor location allows for spectacular views but is still low enough for you to be lulled to sleep by the surf at night. A full wall of sliding glass doors on the ocean side (facing North) opens up to tropical breezes and a fantastic panoramic vista, beautiful from sunrise to sunset. When you want to shut down, the black out curtains will allow you to sleep late in the morning or siesta in the afternoon.

The sand, sun, surf and tropical breezes are all provided free! All you need to bring is your bathing suit and your smile!

Virtually any activity you’d expect at a seaside resort can be found in San Juan. Yet it is also a major city with all the excitement that entails.

Tours out on the island can be arranged by the concierge desk at the Marriott (next door). Wind surfing, jet skiing, deep sea fishing, scuba diving are all available in the metropolitan area. A cyber café and several gyms/spas are with-in easy walking distance.

Museums, restaurants and shops abound as do taxis and car rental agencies. For less than a dollar, the city bus runs into Old San Juan, about 2 miles away. The International Airport is a 10 minute drive or a $16 flat rate taxi ride away. Walgreens is a block away on the corner and several small convenience stores are near by. A well stocked larger grocery is about a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive.

Studio (aprox. 400 sq. ft.) Sleeps 2 - There is a comfortable queen size platform bed. The linens are high thread count 100% cotton. You can sleep with the ceiling fan, ocean breeze or if you prefer, the air conditioner. The sound of the waves should lull you to sleep, the blackout curtains allow you to stay asleep.
