Puerto Rico Vacations This condo has a fully-equipped kitchen with a spacious living room that opens up to spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean and San Juan's expansive Coastline. You can see the cruise ships (illuminated at night) entering and exiting San Juan Harbor. Sleeping accommodations include: two twin beds in the bedroom which can be joined to make a king size bed. There is a sofa in the living room which has a pullout platform to make an almost queen size bed, (82" x 56"). There is a full size futon with a full mattress. There are two additional twin mattresses stored in the closet. There is a baby crib, playpen and stroller stored on the premises. This condo sleeps more than 5 persons when occupancy includes children. There is a 24-hour mini-mart in Walgreens Pharmacy one block from the Condominium. There are a variety of shops, restaurants, casinos, and fast food establishments in the Condado Tourist Area. The Marriott Hotel offers 24-hour internet access, with printer, to hotel visitors for $7.00/hour. Activities...Swimming, Surfing, Snorkeling Boating, Fishing, Diving, Golf, Tennis Hiking, Biking, Wildlife viewing, Horseback Riding, Walking, Sightseeing or Shopping. Book a tour with the Marriott Hotel or rent a car at a nearby agency (Charlie, Avis, L&M, etc.). Puerto Rico Oceanfront Vacation Rentals Area...Some activities are either in the Condado Tourist area or less than a 45 minute drive (Example: Golf, horseback riding). you may participate in the Tours offered by the hotels in teh area. Old San Juan is 10 minutes away. You can catch a bus at the corner of the street to get to the "Old City". The airport is located 6 miles from the Condominium building. Caribbean Condo Vacation Rental Rental Rates (US Funds): Dec 1 - Apr 30, $160/night, $3600/month May 1 - Nov 30, $100/night, $2500/month Until reservations are confirmed rates are subject to change without notice. There is a $300.00 deposit, refundable after the keys are returned and the condo is found in good condition. There is a $4.00 per night energy charge for use of the AC (optional).
