The living room has very large sliding doors that open onto the balcony, which overlooks the beach. The bedroom has a Queen sized bed. The living room sofa opens to a Queen sized bed as well, so the condo can accommodate 4 adults.

The condo comes furnished with all linens, towels, kitchen equipment, stereo, CD player, tape deck, cable TV, VCR, air conditioner, and free local phone. All you need to bring is your clothing and music.

The building is very secure. the property is fully enclosed and gated. There is a designated Parking spot for one car within the compound. A key is required to enter the compound as well as the lobby. The elevator also is keyed which will only open to your specific floor. There is a laundry room on the ground floor of the building with coin operated washers and dryers (cost is $1.25 per load). Your lobby key opens the laundry room.

The Condado area is the main tourist area of San Juan and home to many casinos, fine restaurants, grocery stores, tourist shops, all within walking distance, and a 10 minute drive to Old San Juan and close to the highways that will get you to the rest of Puerto Rico.

There is a fitness center, and a Cyber Cafe about a block away. Taxis and buses are always available as the "main drag" ia a half block away. The Marriot Hotel is right next door and has a great Casino, several excellent restaurants, with dining on the beach, and live music every night. Most of the island excursions (Parasailing, snorkeling, horseback riding, etc) can be arranged through them with the operators picking you up from the hotel lobby. Although being so close to such a busy area, the condo is very quiet, except of course for the constant sound of the waves crashing on the beach below...
