The location is in the perfectly natural setting of a fishing village two and a half hours south of Bangkok and just thirty minutes from the resort area of Cha-Am and Hua Hin. The home has three bedrooms overlooking the sea and an additional bedroom on the first floor off the living area. Three bedrooms are air conditioned and have ceiling fans. There are two bathrooms with shower facilities.

The kitchen is adapted Thai style with gas cooking stove and sink outside, another sink and dish draining area inside. A microwave, refrigerator, clothes washing machine, cabinets and tables complete the kitchen facility.

The main living area is L-shaped with dining table and chairs on one side and sitting area with chairs and "elephant carriage" wooden sofa-bed on the other. Both areas have views of the sea. There is an outdoors patio off the living area with further seating and small table. Beyond, the driveway and front lawn extend to the entrance lane which leads directly to the sea.

The home is next to and overlooks a quiet beach with working fishermen tending their boats and mending their nets. Behind the house is a coconut grove on one side and the homes of fishermen on the other. It is only thirty minutes from the resorts of Cha-Am and Hua Hin and a short drive to golf, boating, snorkeling, or fishing.
