Accommodation...Private Villa - 1 very large master bedroom on the ground floor which opens directly to the sea with ensuite bathroom. 1 double bedroom on the second floor with connected bathroom. Extra living area on the second floor which opens to a large balcony overlooking the sea, with 4 posters bed which can be counted as 3rd bedroom. One extra bathroom on the ground floor and additional outside beach shower. This villa will sleep very comfortably at least 6. (We have taken care of groups of 10 - 15.)

Nearby Neighbors...2 other large private villas next door to ours. One upmarket holiday resort about 2 miles up the beach. 2 - 3 small bungalows down the beach. 1 fisherman family. Just enough to give you the peaceful beach, but never too secluded.

During Your Stay:

Our Staff...3 service staff plus 1 driver will help us take care of your needs. Your driver will be happy to take you to the market, to town, or help you arrange a day trip to the nearby national park. The house will be cleaned daily, and the sheets changed every second day. Laundry & Ironing is also provided every second day.

Meals...Breakfast is included. There are many good restaurants nearby, but if you wish to enjoy eating at home, our home trained cook (trained by my mother) can prepare lunch and dinner upon request at minimal extra cost.

May we suggest...

Follow the cook to the fresh/wet market in the village. It's really a lot of fun, and oh, so Thai. Fresh meats, fruit, ready cooked food, beverages, sweets, and all kinds of household ware are sold there. Beware, it's not for faint hearted, and as with any fish market in the world, can smell fishy.

Near By...Golf (many world class golf courses around the area), Tennis, Sailing (private lessons can be arranged), Surfing, Evening Entertainment (at the holiday resort nearby or in Hua Hin).

Rental Rates:

£1,600 per week

* Additional £100 Deposit against damage will be charged with the rental fee. This deposit will be returned in full within 15 days after departure if no damage is done to the property.

* 25% of total is due to upon booking. Balance is due 30 days before arrival.

* Rental Rate Includes: Airport pickup & drop off. A van with chauffeur during the length of stay. Maid cleans the house daily washes and irons clothes, changes linen twice weekly. Rate includes breakfast. Cook can prepare lunch and dinner upon request at minimal extra charges.

(Our regular guests confirm that the rate which works out to be £15 - £19/day/person based upon 6 persons over a week period represents an excellent value for the money!)
